Hp Cylinder - Extra money charged by the dealer

A complaint regarding the non-delivering of LPG cylinder at the address(residence) and extra charge issue.
I reside in Thekma block above Royal Furniture, Near Union Bank Thekma, Azamgarh up- ******. My Consumer no-****** Unique Consumer Id: ****************, dealer code-********.
I am booking LPG Gas Cylinder for last * months but the HP Dealer in Thekma not providing the LPG Cylinder at my residence. And when I raise my concerned to them to provide a cylinder at my place they deny to do so. Apart from this, I have to pay **-** rupees extra to LPG delivery vehicle each time to take the position of the LPG Cylinder near my residence. It cost me as well as I have to face other problems as well.
I need your help in this regard, to take some strict and some corrective action so that me, as well as another residence like me, will not face any such issue in the future delivery of LPG Gas Cylinder. I am raising my concern to you as well as I will raise this issue to the other authorities till the problem of non-delivery of LPG Gas Cylinder at customers place and extra charge issue will not be resolved.
