My Bike loan was foreclosed on ** July **** and the update was lately updated on *th August **** before the Company employee work on the forecloser the loan was deducted again which was ₹****-/ I have requested and send the money to closed but due to the neglegence of the employee the EMI was deducted again. I requested refund, but till not it is not refunded. My contract no is ESGWJOTW***** My Name C Lalnunfela.
