I was consulted by an orthopaedic doctor on */*/**** in which i paid consulting fees of rupees ***, after * days i was re consulted with the same treatment on */*/****, they tried me to pay rupees *** consulting fees again. How can they allot a consulting fees again for the same issue within * days, i paid * times for the same problem.
