Sir my commercial vehicle no. NL**D**** was passing the sergarh toll
on NH ** on **th Jan **** with ODC extra width cargo from Lane * and along with the toll charges from the fastag My driver was forced to pay extra of Rs *** in cash in the charge of non fastag fine. I have also talk to the toll person representative but he argued that there is such rule if ODC vehicle passes from Lane * he has to pay that extra amount and collected Rs *** from all of our vehicle on the same day. I also urged that if any such rule is implemented it should be for all the tolls not only for that particular. Earlier also our drivers with ODC cargo were forced to pay extra amount of cash without any slip at that very particular toll.
