West Vinod Nagar government liquor shop in mandavli Delhi asking ** rs extra for each beer brand. Hunter beer MRP is *** but they asking ***. Even shop member are saying in confidence consumer can complaint to excise duty..looks like excise member awar this corruption and involved too..they threats if we ask to take MRP price.
