kishore filed complaint against OYO Varcity Plaza on Nov 27, 2021
I have registered for a hotel room for a night in OYO ***** Varcity Plaza, bangalore, india. for which reason an amount of Re: ***/- ( Indian rupee) was deducted from my account (I received a message).it says amount sent to agoda.com
But, when i reach the property, they said the building painting works are under process, so rooms are not vacant, and they redirected me to their other branch (OYO ***** Varcity Comforts) in the next street, here the receptionist, told me that no amount has been paid and when i asked them check again they rechecked and replied not paid, i am left with no option and had to pay *** for ** hours.
it was around **:** pm and i could barely stand, I have no indication mentioning about the amount paid, in my profile of agoda.com website.
this is financial injustice to me.
