Mobikiwk - Extra amount debuted in my emi

Hello I had taken a boost loan from mobikiwik and my monthly emi was **** from the past * months they have charged ***** from my account and today February *rd they charged another **** which is not added towards emi raised multiple cases with mobikiwik and solution was given for the issue. This is such a stressful situation for me.
