Property owner told us that they had given strict instructions regarding extra beds & does not provide extra bed. But i have been charged Rs ****.** for * extra beds. Even property owner had told Agoda to stop booking for Hotel Tapovan Nashik Maharashtra, as they are not receiving any money from Agoda.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
