Northern motors - Extra amount and damage bike

Date **/** **** i went M/s Northern motor faridabad for service my bike Szrr. Here he checkup my bike and collect for service, but when i collect my bike he charge me extra amount. without my information he change bike ok parts and charge me. one parts not changed but mention on bill. when i asked about it, approx */* hour waste time and rotating me own premises.He changed clutch cable, clutch switch, spark plug and other bike parts.Next morning when i clean dust on my bike i saw meter not tight properly and starting kick loose and handle bar position not proper .i talked on mobile to Mr. manish in service center, he say come to my service center and solved to your problem, but when i reached in evening he rotating me from one person to other person, end last he checked and say meter, light and handle bar are not open and i am not responsible for it.
No one hear my problem here so i request to you. please help me.
