Quikr Jobs - Extorting money from employee in the name of task

I had received message on **th June'** from Earn from home company (also known as - 'Work from home' in the name of one of the recruiters) and asked me to pay total of **** for agreement security. Task was to write in notepad from the pdf provided on email. To unlock the pdf also they asked me to pay ****. Then when they asked me to submit pages I had completed on **th June, they first told me they will give me refund but to open refund file I had to pay ****. After that they asked money transfer multiple times in the name of file opening and company transactions and agreement etc. Total they have collected ***** Rs from me. After which I refused to pay anymore money they said they will close my file and I will not get any money. I don't under understand how a company asks for money from employee for refunding the money they have taken from the employee itself.
