I purchased a Royal Enfield motorcycle (Reg. No. MH** EK ****) along with the Extended Engine Protection Plan. My motorcycle has developed a major engine problem at just **,*** km, which is highly unexpected for a premium motorcycle. An engine requiring major repairs at such low mileage raises serious concerns about the product's quality and reliability.
I registered my complaint with Royal Enfield (Complaint ID: CAS-*********-N*W*T*). A few scheduled services were not completed at an authorized service centre due to genuine reasons. I work in Chopda, while the nearest authorized service centre is ** km away in Jalgaon and remains closed on my only weekly holiday (Sunday). Despite these unavoidable circumstances, I have always serviced and maintained the motorcycle responsibly.
The motorcycle is my primary mode of transport, and I travel nearly *** km daily for work. The cost of major engine repair is a significant financial burden. I request Royal Enfield to consider my genuine circumstances and approve my Extended Engine Protection/warranty claim as a one-time exception. I also request compensation for the inconvenience caused, as such a major engine failure at only **,*** km is unacceptable for a motorcycle of this reputation.
