RECENTLY I,E FROM JANUARY ****MY MOBILE I,E ASUS ROG * IS GETTING ISSUES LIKE WIFI AND HOTSPOT AND SCREEN ISSUES DUE TO UPDATE WHICH IS GIVEN FROM THE ASUS COMPANY .
I WENT TO SERVICE CENTRE AND THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR ** DAYS .
AFTER ONE WEEK WITH OUT GIVING PRIOR INFORMATION AND INTIMATION TO ME THEY HAD CHANGED MY MOTHERBOARD OF THE MOBILE .
MOBILE PROBLEM IS HAPPENE DUE TO MANFACTURE DEFECT AND DUE TO THE PRESENCE OF THE WARRANTY PEROID THEY DID REPAIR OF FREE OF COST .
SINCE I HAD SAW SO MANY PEOPLE ARE FACING THE SAME ISSUES EVEN AFTER THE REPLACMENT OF THE MOTHERBOARD .
MY QUESTION IS , IF THE SAME WIFI HOTSPOT AND SCREEN ISSUES HAPPEN AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THE WARRENTY PEROID HOW AM I RESPONSIBLE TO BEAR EXPENSES , SINCE ITIS MANFACTURE DEFECT HOW CAN I BEAR THE EXPENSES AFTER THE WARRENTY PEROID
I HAD CALLED THE ASUS CUSTOMER CARE FOR ** TIMES THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING PLEASE HELPTHE ISSUE
I NEED EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR ONE YEAR FOR THE CHANGED MOTHERBOARD
It's been ** days every time asus people are telling me to wait for ** hours it's not fair please understand
Sir it's been ** days but u r not solving my problem
Please think once if there is *% mistake frm my side
Im very much frustrated and disappointed sir
Kindly solve the issue
Im not begging fr free warranty extension period for * year
Wifi and hotspot and screen issues arises due to manufacture update and firmware so the motherboard is changed.so if the same problem arises after the completion of my warrenty period
How can i bear the expenses ,the mistake is from company but how can i pay the expenses????

My mobile motherboard is changed with out giving information to me and my warrenty period is gng to complete on April ** **** .,so if the same problem arises after the completion of warranty period who is responsible for the expenses of my mobile

Since the problem is from the firmware how can I bear the expenses if the problem arises after the completion of warranty period??
