Indian Travel Agency from Travel Setu - Exploiting Customer with Travel package

I have booked a Trip through Indian Travel Agency. Abhishek is the representative who had coordinated the trip. Initially He gave a quote of **K for * nights and * days Allepey Private Boat house and a choice of * star hotel in thekkady with sight seeing. So I mentioned that I have asked for Munnar instead of thekkady, he said its ok to replace the place. so he asked me to pay the initial advance of **% and the I have to pay **% to reserve the House boat. After making the advance, I saw the itinerary, I dont see the drop back to return place such as Cohin or Ernakulam. He said it will cost additional, and I asked him how much is the advance and he said it will cost additional *.*k and I manage to get it for *K and asked him to share the final cost of **k. The next day, he said House boat is not available. Initially he mentioned that I have to pay House boat advance of **% so that he can reserve and then he was telling like this. I lost the hope with this guy and due to short time and since I have already paid the advance, I went a head. Now coming to the surprise, I see that House boat is a sharing one. when I called him and checked with him, he said the room is private. They didn't take the houseboat stating that I have to pay the remaining amount so that house boat can be taken. Next day, I reached Munnar but to my shock, I see that its not a * star hotel but an Inn with fungus and dirty rooms with toned blankets and mattress. I was having argument with Abhishek but he never agrees his mistake of booking sharing houseboat stating that the room is private and about the Hotel as the initially assigned hotel got changed. I told him to reduce the amount to **K as the trip is not worth even **k but Abhishek never accepted to that. Nevertheless to the surprise, tourist Driver argued when we questioned that he didn't show much places, he started arguing that we took more time in getting ready and I haven't seen any Driver arguing like a Rogie ruthlessly. while dropping, and when we are having very short time to catch the bus, he started threatening he will take us to police station stating that we didn't pay the remaining amount and leave us there. Abhishek, Travel agent never mentioned that payment terms and condition not there is a protocol. The total trip was a nightmare and miserable experience. If anyone wants to take the Trip through Indian Travel Agency then you have to go through all these miserable experience. The Indian Travel Agency doesn't have business ethics, Values or any hospitality in treating the customer. He gave a nightmare, blackmailing and miserable experience.

Also one more suggestion to Travel setu is Pls have verified Travel agency and provide a pleasant trip and not make this a stressful time. I have to raise a case against this harrasment.
