Big Bazaar - Expired products been sold in Big Bazaar, Ranchi

I bought * cream rolls from Big Bazaar, JC Tower, Main Road, Ranchi on ** Nov ****. My three old Nephews, Mother, Father ( both are senior citizens), Sister and Me ate the rolls. Later my dad found on his cream roll packet that it was expired. So we check the other packets and those were expired too, except one. My Mother and Sister's stomach was upset the other day.
I called the Big Bazaar customer care to report a complaint. The customer lady said the team will get back to you soon. Complaint number BB*********** was raised.
The next day i received a call from Big Bazaar Pune, the lady mentioned that the complaint has been registered for Pune branch so she will rectify that and mention it to the team. Also i asked her to ask any senior to call me, she said and than no more calls till now. Today i received this message from Future Group "Namaste! This is to confirm closure of Service Ref No. BB*********** For any queries, please call ***********. Thank you for shopping with us".
They bluntly closed my complaint without addressing it.
My two nephews, who are only three years old and they are from UK also ate that. Three rolls were expired two months back. Ridiculous Big Bazaar! Shame on you.
I can't believe Big Bazaar can do these to us. We believe in such a big companies to sell genuine products and this is how we are been fooled.
