Cadbury India - Expired Perk Chocolate

I & my colleague purchased Perk Chocolate from Sagar Medical & General Store located in Govandi East Opp. USV Ltd Mumbai -**. After taking a bite found the taste very weird by the time little of the chocolate was already gulped in.. Seeing the wrapper came to our notice the chocolate manufacturing date was **/**** expiry was after nine months from date of manufacturing... Today **.**.**** we purchased the chocolate.. How can Medical Shop having with them such a old stock & that too is been sold directly to customers .. I really doubt many of the small children must be eating the expired chocolates without even sensing anything... Who will responsible for such ignorance... Request to take strict action against the Medical Shop immediately...
