I booked my hotel (prepaid online) for my holiday at Jim corbett on Expedia on **th Sep **** and got a confirmation stating "no need to reconfirm" (email screen shot attached) and When I was about to reach the hotel I got a message from the hotel that your booking has been cancelled as we have not received money from Expedia! Since then (from *PM to *PM Expedia guys has given me so many run-around and sent me from one helpdesk to another! More than ** calls! And no resolution! Look at the irony.. I drove down ***km with a hope of a nice stay and Holiday and just when I reached the place I have no where to go.. no place to stay! PATHETIC! I waited on a road side with my wife and kid for * hours with a hope that they will resolve this but the final answer was that please look for something on your own.. we ll return your money! By then it was *pm and obliviously I had no option left but to drive back home again for * hours!
