I have purchased the shoe on **-**-****. The cost of the shoe ****INR. The order number of the shoe OR-******* BROWN FORMAL SHOE. The shoe size was larger than my foot hence i have started the exchange the process. I have send several mail since the day i received the shoe. But there is no proper action taken from them and they did not replace the shoe as per their condition while i purchase the shoe.
