Flipcart - Exchange Return not fulfilled by flipkart

Hi,
I have purchased a sweatshirt from flipkart wide order no OD****************** dated **st jan **** which received on **rd jan and was covered for return /exchange till *nd feb **** and due to smaller in Size have raised exchange request on **th Jan which was not rejected by seller and * times raise request and rejected , have highlighted concern by calling on customer care and even spoken to Escalation desk for exchange nor refund of my money where they apologize and assured to return but on **st Jan they raised an UNUSUAL DEMAND of Aadhar / Pan card photo over email which I denied due to security reason as in product exchange policy Flipkart has not mentioned any such clause.
Need help to get the issue resolved as I am feeling Harrassed and cheated and no one is ready to listen and on last date of return /Refund have again raised refund request but still not approved by Flipkart .
