Hi Team,

I was ordered one kitchen items on October * **** and I received on October ** but it was damaged product so i have raised a request and they allocate one person and took back on October **. However still not yet received the new product. I asked customer service about the discrepancy and the told me the exchange product was delivered. But am not received and their application also incomplete about the exchange product details. I called most of the time but telling again and again and did give the proper information. Kindly check and take the necessary action against them and get my money. Thanks,
