Genuine shoppers - Exchange product not delivered and not refunding the amount

I have ordered an Mi watch he sent an fault product i asked about it he told to send the product and he will send the new product.i sent him the fault one I have a confirmation message saying the product is delivered and signed as the delivery location.When I ask him for the exchange product he is not responding and ignoring. I have attached the Whatsapp chat and images.
