I recently purchased two shirts from the Redtape store located in Phase *, Mohali, at a total cost of Rs. ****. On the same day, I returned one of the shirts due to a size issue and exchanged it for another shirt that was Rs. ** less expensive. However, instead of returning or adjusting the remaining amount, the store staff compelled me to purchase three paper bags worth of Rs. ** & misbehaved verbally when crossed questioned .
