L G Washing Machine - Exchange offer not honoured

I ordered new LG washing machine order No.OD****************** with provision for exchange against old washing machine. Flipkart delivery person refused to take the old washing machine saying that it is rusted. Photograph of the old machine is attached to prove that there is no rust. In any case, there was no precondition of rusting or no rusting.
It only proves that flipkart has offered the facility of exchange just to attract customers and not seriously honouring it. I lost time and am subjected to tension of having to waste for new machine from other suppliers.
