PUSHPLATA filed complaint against Flipkart India on Jul 18, 2021
I was placed an online order for purchase of LG * kg Fully Automatic Front Load with In-built Heater Silver (FHM****ADL) on **.**.**** with full payment in advance with an exchange offer of Old Samsung Semi-Automatic machine with exchange value of Rs.****/-. During placement of order company should advise buyer to examine the old machine for assessment of exchange price. Flipcart only asked for Brand of machine, function and operational or not operational. On **.**.**** the company person came and ask for old machine I show him after that they decline to accept the old machine and demanded Rs.****/-. I objected their demand and refused to pay extra buck. Later on I cancelled the order due to improper/hidden business plan. In my opinion company should declare that the exchange value will be advised after examination of old machine. But company hide this fact and this is why I rejected the order placed for a new washing machine.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
