Ranjani Elite Collections - Exchange of the product

Hi, I m a reseller. My ccustomer ordered combo of *bags with the brand name zara. I ordered from my dealer name Ranjani on **th August.
Complaints:
*. The bag was rolled and wrapped in a paper and in a plastic envelope.
*. The bag was not stuffed properly and hence it has come completely crumpled
*. Zip was not stitched towards the end.
*. Quality of the cloth inside the bag is not up to the mark.

They are misusing the brand names like zara, Jimmy choo etc... so many other brands are also available with them. By seeing the brand name, my customers are believing blindly....But quality they didn't maintain.

Customer is asking for refund as soon as she had received the courier. She said she will speak with the dealer..But no reply from her and I was keeping on follow-up her for this issue. She used to say something all reasons. Now she blocked my numbers and she is not responding for my messages and calls.
