I had a Sony Earphones MDRXB***AS and I've been using this earphones since **** and till then using the same product. My old earphones has been not working which I had bought in **** and this one sided earphones stopped working just after one month of * year warranty. I approached Sony and they told me they will replace it after me paying Rs. ***. I paid the amount on Nov ** **** and till date I have not received.
