Hi, I want to inform you that I have ordered a product from Meesho on **nd Feb **** and received the delivery on *st March ****. Thereafter, I have requested the exchange for the product on *th March **** as the size was incorrect/ small and my exchange request was accepted at same day. But after that no one came to pickup my product since now and its over * months now that I am waiting for my exchange product to be picked up my meesho so that I can get the correct product again. I have ordered that dress for someone very close to me for her birthday but I was unable to give the present to her. This is really not acceptable. I have called the meesho many times and every time they gave me time for * week but nothing happened. Today, I started chatting with them and they were saying that my product has been picked up from me on * May but I have provided the photo to them showing that the product is still with me. But they were not ready to agree on this and instead of listening to me they closed the chat. This is so pathetic behaviour of the meesho team. I will not tolerate this anymore.
