I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received at your H&M store located in Palladium, Ahmedabad, particularly from the manager, Chetan. As a regular customer, I have always appreciated H&M’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

On *st August, I visited the H&M Palladium store to address an issue with a purchase. Unfortunately, my encounter with Chetan, the store manager, was far from satisfactory. His approach to customer service was not only unhelpful but also lacked basic empathy. Despite my attempts to explain the problem, Chetan showed little interest in understanding my concern and failed to provide any viable solutions or alternatives. I was left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.

The lack of empathy and the dismissive attitude I encountered from Chetan is unacceptable and does not align with the standards I have come to expect from H&M. As a loyal customer, I believe that addressing customer issues with empathy and providing effective solutions should be a priority for any retail establishment. I kindly request that this matter be investigated, and appropriate action be taken to ensure that such incidents do not recur. I also hope that H&M will provide better training to its staff, particularly those in managerial positions, to handle customer concerns with the respect and attention they deserve.
