Tokyo talkies - Exchange item not delivered

I have ordered Tokyo talkies blue skirt from flipkart but got a damaged one. I have placed exchange for the item but i didn't receive any item but in the app shows delivered the product. Since * days I'm working on this with the flipkart customer care but they don't have any solution for this. Could you please do the needful. Thank you
