Google store India - Exchange is not done from Cashify and Google store India

I purchased a Pixel * (Order No: GS.****-****-****) from the Google Store with an exchange offer for my Pixel *a. The new device was delivered on June **, ****. As per Google Store and Cashify's stated policy, Cashify was obligated to contact me for the Pixel *a pick-up within * days of delivery. Today, July **, ****, marks the **th day, and no attempt has been made by Cashify to schedule the pick-up. Despite multiple attempts to contact Cashify, I have only received generic apology emails, and Google attributes the delay solely to Cashify. This delay is causing a significant financial loss, as the exchange value of approximately ₹**,*** means I am currently paying ₹**,*** for the Pixel *, instead of the ₹**,*** I expected with the exchange. I request immediate intervention to ensure the Pixel *a pick-up is arranged and the original exchange value is honored, as Cashify's failure to adhere to their policy is directly impacting me financially.
