Messho Aap - Exchange delivary didn t get yet

I ordered one thing. I give it for exchange because it has a little defect. I was out of state when it came to the exchange. After returning to the state I tried many times to contact the help center by clicking on the call me back option. For some reason I have been told to contact you next time. Since the order is paid, I want my order to be delivered to me or else the money will be refunded. Try to resolve this issue as soon as possible . I request to you please .
