Pspcl Ludhiana - Excessive electricity bill

My electricity bill never exceeded Rs. ****/- that too when the bill is sent for more than ** days. But in May **** they have sent me a bill of Rs.*****, that too for ** days showing consumption of **** units in just ** days.
