Mseb has not been taking a monthly meter reading for the past * year (they have ignored repeated complaints to check meter reading). We have regularly paid the bill amount as mseb has raised. Now they have sent a bill of Rs.**,***. and are demanding to pay the amount. Also threatening to disconnect the power supply.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
