Ola Money - Excessive amount I pay to ola money so I need refund

I do the * transaction on ** sep **** with ola money but they failed and money was deducted I think so payment was done so I paid * transactions amount in advance but after I call to ola money they said your * transaction was unsuccessful so I ask for refund that i payment do to ola money from that day they just giving me hopes still now no resolution find
