I downloaded QuickMoney App from Play Store to take out a loan of Rupees ****. Without any intimation, I was charged Rs. **** as service charges to process a loan of ****. Consequently, only Rs. **** were credited to my bank account.
I have to pay within a week after taking out the loan. I took out the loan on *th June ****.
This is business malpractice as I was never given a chance to look at the loan contract: the app ran my loan application through multiple vendors (this was visible on the app itself) and outrightly disbursed the loan through a vendor without giving me a chance to look at the terms.
The vendor that did end up providing me a loan has charged Rs.**** as service charges. This vendor is being shown as "Flash Loan" in the app.
I was never asked to approve or even look at the contract of the vendor.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
