Janapriya Utopia Flot Owners Welfare Association Of 4 Block - Excess maintenance charges for closed non living apartment

I ( Dr C M Rao) am the owner of the flot at JANAPRIYA UTOPIA,* BLOCK A WING,F.NO.*****, HYDERGUDA, ATTAPUR, RAJENDRA NAGAR MANDAL,RANGA REDDY DISTRICT, HYDERABAD, TELANGANA,PIN-******.
Since from the March,**** we are not residing in our flat and not given for rent and in closed lock in condition but from the last * months i am trying to occupy my flat *****,in the first floor of the * th block but *th association ( JUFOWA) raised an amount of ******.** rupees ( upto date) for maintenance charges but we said that, when we are not resided in the flat and not used common area or lightning and lift and all,how can we pay that amount,but according to the Association president and general secretary after payment of the total maintenance charges only we will give power supply and water supply to your flat,i am in financial crises so please look into the matter and do justice by giving directions to me and to the association.
