Suzuki motor company - Excess gap between joints in my car

purchased new Maruti Suzuki Victoris car in *st November **** and I noticed an abnormal gap(more than **mm) between back door and car body joints, I raised a complaint to Suzuki customer care team but till date they have not addressed my complaint instead they are just saying this gap is normal and this gap will not affect vehicles performance.

I have raised several mail complaints but till date they are just saying verbally that this gap is OK, if really this gap is permissible then why they are not ready to produce inspection standards and report and one more thing that inner assembled parts are clearly visible from outside which is an visual non-confirmity, even for this complaint there is no response, I have raised even reminder mails until *th reminders are sent but no positive response
