Atlantic courier company Mumbai - Excess duty amount 3 times the amount of goods

Atlantic courier promised for door to door delivery from Mumbai to Kuwait. Actual weight was ** Kg just to grab extra charges they made it ** kg described as volume weight as door to door delivery. When it reached Kuwait on **th Feb**** no one from Atlantic Courier was able to clear the courier from the customs. Finally I have to spend full day in customs to clear the courier on my own with high amount clearing charges. There was no one from courier to help or support to clear the courier. Very bad company Ms Sonali has zero knowledge on the job she is doing and very poor communication just kept on saying OK nothing else. If these courier companies cannot deliver the parcel why they take heavy charges and later we have to suffer at receiving end.
