Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited - Excess charged Electricity Bill in the form of Sundry charges in the Electricity Bill for the month

Satyawan filed complaint against Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited on Apr 27, 2022

A sum of Rs. ****.** has been added in the instant bill without any reasons. All the monthly bills are being paid regularly. Almost our house remains closed in view of my defence service. Yet un-necessary charges are being levied upon to harass the consumer.
Such type of act was also occurred * months ago and during leave time I visited the SDO Israna for corrections in the bill who was also reluctant for any correction even submitting my application. On repeated visit the correction was done.
Now again in my bill a sundry charges to the tune of Rs. ****/- has been added. Complaint has been filed on cgrf@uhbvn.org.in on ** Apr **** but no response received till date. Kindly instruct concerned department to settle my grievance.
