Hi,
This is Vivek yadav registered number **********, i had subscribed for Airtel Black on *th March **** and made payment of Rs. ****/- to Bharti Airtel *th March itself. I was already using your Airtel Fibre plan *** mbps. I was guided by your team that if i make the payment of rs **** ( for Airtel Black) in one shot i will get free Airtel DTH box along with fiber *** mbps with plan ****/- for * months.
I made the payment on same day and DTH was installed on next day but the TV was not activated for almost * days. After * days of rigorous escalation with Airtel team i was said by Airtel team to make a payment of rs *** to activate the TV as there was some issue with airtel System. I did the same and Tv got activated. Now again after * month Airtel asked me to make payment of rs ***.** to continue watching Airtel DTH . I made the payment yesterday. After escalation with your Airtel representative i came to know that rs **** is deducted from Airtel team as a rental.
Now the question is:
Do you think that customer is fool he will make the lumpsum payment of Rs.****(screenshot attached) then again every month he will pay for your services.
Where is my **** rs and give me the bifurcation of every single penny i had recharged for Airtel black.
Even after rigorous escalation why my issue is not yet resolved by airtel team even after * month. Is this your customer care policy?
If my issue is not resolved within ** hours i will seek the help of honourable court as you are violating customer rights.
Why Rs.**** were being charged by Airtel when i had already made the payment of Rs **** on March *th.
