Vadafone - Excess bill charge value added service

in last * months vodafone send mobile bill excess saying you call value added service but my self not cl any value added service number in january month bill also included value added cl charge my selt complant in vodafone care executive tell me u cl value added service but i not call any value added number but i accepted and pay total bill but he charge every month adding value added call charges this time i carefully about value added call i don't cl any number but in march month bill vodafone included again value added cl charges kindly help me
