I bought Exide SF sonic Battery along with Microtek inverter from Chanda Electronics, Madhyamgram, **PGS (N), Kol *** on **.**.****. I paid the full amount through my Bajaj Finserv EMI Card. Amount Rs. *****.**. But Chanda Electronics have taken Rs. ****
for funding or arranging of Bajaj fInance. But they did not give me any bill for that amount (Rs.****.**). I was in a hurry to buy the item. I did not go for any controversy I also talk to Bajaj Finance. They did not take any excess money. My question is that, why they took such unethical money from the consumer? I attach my bank transaction for my ready reference. Please do the needful.
