i have taken a blue star ac and processed the amount to equal emi's using bajaj finserv. i have paid all my emi's on time and there has been no pending payments from my account.
every month after deducting the monthly emi amount bajaj finserv is deducting additional amount from my bank savings account without my notice. once taking this issue to the customer care executive (poonam) she responded very rudely and no action has been taken on my issue so far and closed my issue with giving any resolution to me.
i am still awaiting for my amount and really not understanding how many more months this is going to continue like this. i have spent enough time and money on this issue and looking for a speedy resolution.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
