Pikkol.com - Excess amount demanded without prior information

I have used at least ** packers & movers service before, and understand how it works. I booked the packers & movers service from pikkol.com, and provided the required details. I was provided a quote of Rs. *,***, which I accepted. Once the truck reached the destination, the usual unloading process did not start for * hrs. When I called the assigned manager (Kumar), he told me that I will have to pay Rs. *,*** + taxes extra, since they had issued the incorrect quotation. They agreed that there were no problems in the information I had provided.

I resisted, since the acceptance to quotation is an agreement to deliver services at the agreed price. To this, the manager threatened to throw away / dump the goods.

Evidences are not available because pikkol.com deleted the original quotation. I would like to get a refund of Rs. *,*** + tax (roughly *,***), along with an apology for the rude behavior.
