Hi Team,
I would like to report a discrepancy of pricing at one of your outlet at Kamanahalli, Bangalore.
There is a huge price difference on your online platform and the outlet.
I placed an order and the bill was RS. ****.**/-
(Have attached the bill below).
I also informed the executive at the counter that there is an ongoing deal for the medium sized pizzas and I entered the same on your online app and I was shocked to see the price difference over Rs. ***/-

To be honest, there were only * people skeleton staff operating in the outlet and we were made to wait almost ** mins just to place an order
I informed the store person at the counter about the price discrepancy and informed him that there is an ongoing deal for the medium sized pizzas and it was not added to my bill and the person kept saying there will be a price difference between store and app.
I do understand about the price difference but not to such level.
There were many people standing in the queue and I did not wish to keep them waiting and decided to leave with my order.
I am requesting your social media grievance team to look into this and a help a disappointed customer.
