Sbimops - Exam Form Fee not refunded by SBI mops

My name is Ankur Maurya. I had applied for AAI ATC JE exam on **/**/****. Mine application number is AAIATC********. I had made a payment of Rs. **** on **/**/**** , for which the money got deducted from my bank account via BHIM UPI application but on AAI ATC portal the payment was shown Unsuccessful. On contacting AAI ATC authority they asked me to pay again and the earlier transaction amount will be refunded. But till now I have not got my money back. On contacting BHIM UPI they told me that the payment has been received by SBImops but still SBImops has not refunded my money.
