Knowledge Academy - Exam coupon code not received for MSP certification

I enrolled into MSP training cum certification program in Knowledge Academy in *th Mar **** and finished the course. Followed by that i was trying to get the exam coupon to complete the certification which is part of the overall package that i bought from Knowledge academy, so no additional fee is required to be paid to get the exam coupon. I have been trying to get the coupon code since Mar ****, but Knowledge academy has failed to address my request even after multiple attempts. Recently i have been contacted by Support team from Knowledge academy and i have been asked to pay Rs **,***/- to get the code which is surprising and i am mentally down as i got this response after * months of struggle reaching out support team of Knowledge academy over emails as well as calls to support team. i have spent number of days to prepare for exam but now i got stuck and cannot appear for the certification without coupon code which is very frustrating and on top of that Knowledge academy is asking additional amount for exam. I had a very poor and terrible customer service from their team. Myself and another classmate faced this same issue and we raised escalation together but he alone got the examination code through his manager's intervention but they left me alone and I am still struggling. I have been put through hell a lot of mental stress due to this issue. I hope you can get this sorted for me. Thanks much.
