Tikona - Everyday connectivity issue

Everyday when I try to connect internet is not connecting and whenever I call in customer care it is taking complaint by default on by IVR noty call is not connecting to customer care executive. Whenever I try to login I have to call in customer care this is happening everytime when I try to use internet. * to * times my call is connected to customer care executive fortunately and told them the issue that I m facing everytime and then also taken my complaint. And also their technician visit my home and try to fix my problem but once complaint is closed again I face the same issue. I really don't know what this company is doing. I tired of doing complaint in tikona. I have done complaint * to * times to customer care executive and by IVR they taken my complaint more than **, times approximately.
