BYJU S Classes - Even after closing the account with Byju s i keep getting emails from Incred

We had stopped byjus as it was not helpful for us. They closed our account but Incred is still mailing us saying our loan is still active. Byjus are not responding and closing it from their end. How do we stop this Incred finance
