Cox & Kings Financial Services Limited - Europe Budget Tour Package was not delivered or refunded

We booked (purchased) Europe Budget Tour Package for October *th **** and paid in full for * adults (myself and my father). They processed all documentation along with all visa(s). But on *st October' **** they sent us a mail that they 've cancelled the tour and will refund back the entire money with **% interest within ** days. But till date they have not refunded any. We communicated with them through mails where they admitted to refund but till date they haven't.
