I have bought a eureka wave RO + MTDS equipment from big bazaar and they have provided a defective piece. Installation is also delayed. Today is *th day and my complaint has not been resolved.
When contacted and repeated follow up they send someone ro install. After installation the water is leaking from the equipment. Add this is defective product.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
